McCamey drops one in on the Badgers

Almost 30 SF Bay Illini watched the nationally-ranked Illinois' Men's Basketball Team take charge of a close one against Wisconsin on January 24.  Illinois squeezed out a victory 64-57, improving to 17-3 and staying in the hunt for a Big Ten title. The SF Bay Illini celebrated the game and win at Jones's Sports Bar in the Marina in San Francisco.

It was a fantastic turn out of local Illini.  Graduates ranged from pre-1960 all the way up to 2006.  Thanks to Jones for providing cheap drinks, great appetizers, and amazing burgers.

Everyone is looking forward to more game watches, more Illinois wins, and a return to the NCAA Tournament.  We look forward to seeing you there!  Go Illini!
